Each entity is rated across context-appropriate dimensions — quality, communication, value, follow-through — so a single bad day doesn't sink the whole signal.

Scores under the threshold enter a structured triage flow. We ask reviewers what specifically failed, classify the issue, and surface recurring themes before they're public.

Companies receive insight, not abuse

Themes, sentiment, and root-cause clusters arrive in an operator dashboard. Personal attacks and unverifiable claims are filtered before they reach the team.

You stay in control of your data

GDPR-native. You can export, rectify, or delete your reviews at any time. We never sell data and use only the minimum necessary to operate.
